Robert Troy is an Irish Fianna Fáil politician.[1] He was elected as a Teachta Dála (TD) for the Longford–Westmeath constituency at the 2011 general election beating the two sitting Fianna Fail TDs, Peter Kelly and former cabinet minister and Leader of the Seanad Mary O'Rourke.[2] He was a member of Westmeath County Council for the Mullingar West electoral area from 2004–11.[2]
He is currently the Fianna Fáil spokesperson on Arts and Heritage.
